Great Value for Money & Excellent Service For the price, the hotel was great! the quality of the rooms was much better than expected, and everything was clean and bug-free. the staff was the best part of the stay, providing excellent service and always willing to go above and beyond to assist with any needs. the location was also convenient with free shuttle service to the main attraction and a short ride to the city center.

The problem with this hotel is the location. It is inside some universtiy. You cant find anyone that understand english specailly reception people. You cant never find в taxi at that place so you have to use their expinsive limosine. Food is not possible to eat spicailly breakfast and room service is tereible and stop at 11 pm so you cant order anyhing after that. My recomindation is not to go there ever you or your loveones

The hotel was near Guangzhou train station. About 5-min walk from guangdong university of foreign studies.

The rooms and food were good, and we had a great time at the pool, also the visit to the Panyu neighborhood was really enjoyable.

We were cheated the hotel gave us a free upgrade when we entered and when we were checking out they said it was not a free upgrade. We shouted a lot and had to make a big scene. It took nearly 2 hours to check out. The staff did not speak English and were continuously lying about the total bill amount. It was also mentioned the location for 5 mins from the fair but it is not true it is 30 mins from the fair.

The breakfast buffet had a good variety of options, and the staff was friendly. The room had a great city view and the shower had good water pressure. The hotel was located near a metro station and a shopping mall, which was convenient.

The bed was uncomfortable and there was no option to change the firmness. , the internet connection was slow and unreliable, which was frustrating.

The hotel is located in the university of Guangzhou precinct, which is far from anywhere in Guangzhou centre. it is relatively near the fair, about a 15-minute ride away. the rooms are clean and the bathrooms are well equipped. the hotel also offers a shuttle service to and from the fair.

The breakfast leaves a lot to be desired.
